1. Energy Saving and Low Operating Cost

Adopting water evaporative heat absorption technology, this unit delivers higher heat exchange efficiency than ordinary air-cooled condensing units. In high-temperature environments, the condensing temperature is effectively reduced. Each 1℃ drop in condensing temperature lowers compressor power consumption by about 2%, achieving excellent energy-saving effects in summer.

Compared with traditional water-cooled systems, the unit reduces spray water consumption by 60%–70% with lower pump power, greatly cutting annual water and electricity operating costs. The integrated short pipeline design minimizes refrigerant loss and improves the overall COP and energy efficiency of the refrigeration system.

2. No Dedicated Machine Room, Lower Civil Engineering Costs

The unit supports outdoor floor installation and requires no dedicated refrigeration machine room. It saves indoor space of the cold storage and reduces investment in factory construction, thermal insulation and fire protection works.

Auxiliary facilities such as cooling water tanks, pump rooms and long-distance cooling water pipelines are no longer needed, which significantly reduces civil construction and piping costs.

3. Simple Installation and Short Construction Period

All core components including compressors, oil separators, liquid receivers, electric control systems and evaporative condensing modules are pre-assembled and fully tested in the factory, completing 90% of the overall work before delivery.

On-site construction only requires refrigerant pipeline connection and power connection, which greatly reduces on-site welding and wiring work and shortens the construction cycle by more than 50%. The modular design allows parallel connection for capacity expansion, supporting phased investment and flexible upgrade.

4. Compact Structure and High Space Utilization

Integrating the compression system and evaporative condensing system into one unit, it only occupies one-third of the floor area of the traditional water-cooled unit plus independent cooling tower solution under the same cooling capacity.

Equipped with an integral base and maintenance ladder, the unit requires no separate layout, which is very suitable for small and medium-sized cold storages, front-end warehouses and market commercial cold storages.

The unit adopts an aluminum-magnesium alloy anti-corrosion shell, featuring perfect rainproof, rust-proof and UV-resistant performance. It can operate stably for a long time in humid, low-temperature and dusty outdoor environments.

Equipped with automatic water replenishment, drainage, water level protection and descaling devices, the unit adapts to various weather conditions. Optional electric anti-freezing tracing prevents pipeline and water tank freezing in winter.

6. Centralized Maintenance and Easy Operation

Designed with double-sided large maintenance doors, the compressor, electric control cabinet and spray heat exchange components are centrally arranged, avoiding scattered maintenance of separate machine rooms and cooling towers.

Built-in automatic drainage, water level interlock and water flow protection reduce daily manual maintenance. The PLC intelligent control system supports remote monitoring and automatic fault alarm.

The built-in hot gas defrost system enables defrost water to evaporate inside the unit without overflow and icing, effectively reducing pipeline blockage and freezing failures of low-temperature cold storages.

7. Complete Protection and High System Reliability

The unit is equipped with comprehensive safety interlock protections, including high/low pressure protection, oil pressure protection, overload protection, water flow and water shortage protection. It will automatically stop for compressor protection in case of abnormalities.

The optimized short pipeline structure reduces the length of high-pressure pipelines and lowers annual inspection workload. Fewer pipe connections effectively reduce the risk of refrigerant leakage.
