The freeze-drying warehouse installation project of Dongxing Yinlong Food Co., Ltd. is located in Dongxing City, Guangxi, on the border between China and Vietnam. Leveraging the geographical advantages of the local border port and abundant seafood resources, the project focuses on the core needs of seafood product quick-freezing processing and freeze-dried food production. The key implementation involves the installation and construction of vacuum freeze-drying equipment, supporting quick-freezing cold storage, and a complete set of refrigeration equipment. Upon completion, it will become a standardized seafood freeze-drying processing base in the region, effectively promoting the development of import and export trade in freeze-dried seafood and assisting the quality improvement and upgrading of the border specialty agricultural products processing industry.

The core construction content of this project encompasses three major components, balancing professionalism, safety, and practicality, while strictly adhering to food processing equipment installation standards and refrigeration industry specifications. The first component involves the installation of vacuum freeze-drying equipment, including the delivery, commissioning, and installation of the freeze-drying main unit, vacuum system, heating system, and control system. The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which complies with food hygiene standards, ensuring stable operation, energy efficiency, and environmental protection, and meeting GMP requirements. The second component involves the construction and installation of a supporting quick-freezing cold storage, including the building of the storage structure, thermal insulation treatment, and ventilation system installation. This is specifically designed to meet the needs of seafood quick-freezing, with strict control of the cold bridge effect to maintain a stable low-temperature environment inside the storage. The third component involves the integrated installation of refrigeration equipment, including refrigeration units, condensation systems, pipeline laying, and temperature control debugging. This equipment is precisely coordinated with the freeze-drying equipment and the quick-freezing cold storage to achieve precise temperature control, providing stable refrigeration support for the entire seafood freeze-drying process.

During the construction phase, we assembled a professional construction team and rigorously implemented end-to-end quality and safety controls. We completed preparatory tasks such as site surveys and material inspections ahead of schedule, with particular emphasis on critical aspects including equipment assembly precision, pipeline welding quality, cold storage sealing performance, and refrigeration system commissioning. Nitrogen shielded arc welding was employed to optimize pipeline assembly techniques, while vibration damping measures were applied to the unit foundations to ensure compliant equipment installation and efficient operation. Additionally, considering the logistics characteristics of the Dongxing Border Port, we streamlined construction workflows to guarantee timely project completion and smooth commissioning.

This project is strategically located in the core area of Dongxing Border Port in Guangxi, leveraging the advantages of China-Vietnam border trade facilitation. Upon completion, it will not only establish a standardized seafood freeze-drying processing system for Dongxing Yinlong Food Co., Ltd., but also integrate the entire value chain of freeze-dried seafood—from processing to storage and import/export. This will significantly reduce cross-border transportation and storage losses, facilitating efficient market access for freeze-dried seafood in both China-Vietnam and international markets, thereby enhancing its global competitiveness. As a key supporting project for border specialty food processing, its implementation will further invigorate border trade, drive the coordinated development of local seafood processing and cross-border logistics industries, and empower the quality and efficiency of China-Vietnam border trade. It will highlight the new advantages of integrated development in border specialty industries and help establish a new benchmark for cross-border freeze-dried seafood trade.
