Refrigeration compressor units: 4 medium-high temperature 125HP BITZER compressors in parallel configuration, and 4 low-temperature 160HP BITZER compressors in parallel configuration.

The cold air fan is installed in the ceiling of the warehouse.

Outdoor condensers: Two 2850KW evaporative condensers.

Thawing method: Low-temperature cold storage uses thermal defrosting.

Design service life: 20 years.

In construction management and process selection, the NEW BEYOND ENVIRON project strictly implements GLP's global refined management system, transforming brand advantages into project quality advantages and demonstrating high-standard construction characteristics. Leveraging GLP's global supply chain resources, the project selects internationally renowned brand materials and equipment. The warehouse adopts flame-retardant polyurethane foam composite insulation panels with a minimum thickness of 100mm, featuring high-quality spray-coated steel plates on both sides that combine environmental protection and corrosion resistance, free from chlorofluorocarbon compounds, meeting food hygiene and environmental requirements. The joint gap between panels is strictly controlled within 1.5mm, with continuous and uniform application of non-toxic sealant at joints. Specialized sealing and insulation treatments are applied to floor and pipeline openings to completely eliminate cold bridge effects, ensuring uniform and stable internal temperatures that align with GLP's core requirements for cold chain storage: "precise temperature control and efficient preservation." The refrigeration system employs high-efficiency energy-saving equipment from international brands, paired with an intelligent temperature control system to achieve precise temperature regulation and accommodate storage needs of various cold chain goods. Additionally, optimized welding techniques for refrigeration pipelines and vibration reduction treatment of unit foundations ensure long-term stable operation and reduced operational losses, which aligns with GLP's brand core values of "cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and excellence in operations" and its ESG sustainable development philosophy.
