The GLP Jinan Airport International Logistics Park (Zone 2) Cold Storage Installation Project is a flagship initiative in the Jinan Airport Economic Zone, developed through deep collaboration between NEW BEYOND ENVIRON and GLP—a global leader in supply chain, big data, and new energy infrastructure services. Leveraging its global brand strength and end-to-end industrial capabilities, NEW BEYOND ENVIRON drives high-quality regional cold chain logistics development. Focusing on core cold storage needs for large-scale integrated logistics hubs, the project delivers high-standard, intelligent, and high-performance facilities. Capitalizing on Jinan Airport Economic Zone's aviation hub advantages, it enhances GLP's global cold chain network, accelerates regional logistics upgrades, and bridges critical nodes in international cold chain supply chains.

NEW BEYOND ENVIRON's construction standards and quality control requirements for this project fully comply with GLP's (Global Logistics Partners) globally unified infrastructure specifications, embodying the brand's signature "high standards, strict requirements, and meticulous attention to detail." Throughout the construction process, the team strictly adheres to national industry standards such as the "Cold Storage Design Standard" (GB50072-2021) and "Cold Storage Construction and Acceptance Standard" (GB51440-2021), while rigorously implementing GLP's internal refined construction guidelines. These guidelines, developed through GLP's extensive experience in thousands of global logistics infrastructure projects, cover all aspects including construction procedures, quality control, safety management, and environmental protection. They represent NEW BEYOND ENVIRON's core commitment to leading industry standards over the years. The construction scope encompasses the entire cold storage building assembly, installation of high-end thermal insulation systems, deployment of intelligent refrigeration equipment, electrical control system commissioning, and installation of fire protection and safety facilities. This approach aligns with GLP's large-scale, intensive operational needs for logistics bases, achieving seamless integration between cold storage and the logistics park's supply chain system. It lays a solid foundation for future reliance on GLP's smart cold chain operation services and ASP asset management services.

In construction management and process selection, the NEW BEYOND ENVIRON project strictly implements GLP's global refined management system, transforming brand advantages into project quality advantages and demonstrating high-standard construction characteristics. Leveraging GLP's global supply chain resources, the project selects internationally renowned brand materials and equipment. The warehouse adopts flame-retardant polyurethane foam composite insulation panels with a minimum thickness of 100mm, featuring high-quality spray-coated steel plates on both sides that combine environmental protection and corrosion resistance, free from chlorofluorocarbon compounds, meeting food hygiene and environmental requirements. The joint gap between panels is strictly controlled within 1.5mm, with continuous and uniform application of non-toxic sealant at joints. Specialized sealing and insulation treatments are applied to floor and pipeline openings to completely eliminate cold bridge effects, ensuring uniform and stable internal temperatures that align with GLP's core requirements for cold chain storage: "precise temperature control and efficient preservation." The refrigeration system employs high-efficiency energy-saving equipment from international brands, paired with an intelligent temperature control system to achieve precise temperature regulation and accommodate storage needs of various cold chain goods. Additionally, optimized welding techniques for refrigeration pipelines and vibration reduction treatment of unit foundations ensure long-term stable operation and reduced operational losses, which aligns with GLP's brand core values of "cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and excellence in operations" and its ESG sustainable development philosophy.

Upon commissioning, this project will establish Jinan Airport Economic Zone's premier large-scale integrated cold chain logistics hub, featuring state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies. It will significantly enhance regional cold chain storage, transit, and distribution efficiency while reducing logistics costs. The facility will facilitate Jinan's integration into the global logistics network and advance the development of the "Four Ports and Three Zones" hub city. Leveraging GLP's extensive experience serving nearly 3,000 domestic and international clients, its 96% customer satisfaction rating, and AEO certification, the project will further strengthen the international competitiveness of NEW BEYOND ENVIRON's cold chain solutions.
