Project Name: Low-temperature storage and cold storage of frozen fruit and vegetable products of Guangxi Shengxian Food Co., Ltd.

Completion time: December 10, 2023, Hezhou City, Guangxi, China.

Construction scale: the cold storage covers an area of 3,500m2, with a net height of 6 metres, and is divided into 3 rooms.

Cold storage temperature: -18℃～-25℃.

Refrigerant: Freon R507A, environmentally friendly refrigerant.

Storage goods: corn, peppers, taro and other fruit and vegetable products after quick-frozen processing.

Construction cycle: 60 days, commissioning and cooling cycle 15 days.

Project Overview: This project is specially designed to create low-temperature fresh storage and cold storage for quick-frozen corn, peppers, taro and other agricultural products. The core goal is to maximise the taste, nutrition and commodity value of ingredients through precise temperature control and stable refrigeration system, and meet the long-term freshness preservation and turnover needs of large-scale agricultural products. Refrigeration compressor: adopts Taiwan Fusheng semi-closed screw parallel compressor unit, four SRL240B-DP parallel connection group, and the refrigeration capacity is 457kw.
