Project Overview: This dedicated cold storage and refrigeration system installation project is a core infrastructure solution for large-scale integrated food companies, seamlessly integrating the entire food processing workflow. It is designed to establish an efficient, stable, and intelligent low-temperature storage and rapid freezing processing system. Covering a total area of 35,000 square meters, the project encompasses multiple functional modules including storage, rapid freezing, and shipping, fully meeting the needs of large food enterprises for low-temperature storage, rapid freezing, and efficient turnover of various food products. The supporting refrigeration system, as the core power support, employs multiple advanced technologies to solidify the hardware foundation for food quality assurance and production capacity enhancement.

In the core warehouse area, the project has meticulously planned and constructed two fully automated vertical-shelf cold storage facilities. Leveraging advanced automated warehousing technology, these systems enable intelligent goods handling, precise inventory management, and efficient turnover, significantly enhancing storage space utilization and operational efficiency while effectively reducing labor costs. Additionally, to meet the varying temperature requirements for food storage, the facility includes one-25°C low-temperature cold storage and one 0°C high-temperature storage. Both cold storage units are equipped with precision-controlled refrigeration systems. The refrigeration system employs variable frequency energy-saving technology that intelligently adjusts operating power based on internal temperature fluctuations, maintaining constant temperatures while substantially reducing energy consumption. Equipped with high-efficiency heat exchange devices and premium refrigerant materials, the system achieves high heat transfer efficiency and environmentally friendly operation, enabling precise temperature control across-25°C to 0°C ranges. The-25°C cold storage ensures long-term stable preservation of frozen foods, maximizing nutrient retention and flavor integrity to extend shelf life. The 0°C high-temperature storage is designed for temperature-sensitive products like fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, maintaining freshness and meeting diverse corporate warehousing needs.

In the rapid freezing processing phase, the project has equipped multiple high-performance rapid freezing production lines, establishing a diversified and high-capacity rapid freezing processing system. Each production line is equipped with dedicated high-efficiency refrigeration systems to provide robust cooling support for rapid freezing. This includes one 2-ton/hour fluidized bed rapid freezing production line and two 2-ton/hour twin-screw rapid freezing machine production lines. The refrigeration systems of the rapid freezing production lines utilize low-temperature high-efficiency compressors, offering large cooling capacity and rapid temperature reduction, enabling quick attainment of freezing temperatures below-35°C. This ensures food freezing within a short time frame, effectively minimizing cell damage while preserving the original taste and nutritional value of the food. Additionally, these systems feature intelligent coordinated control functions that precisely match production line speeds, achieving on-demand cooling supply and improving energy utilization efficiency. The 2-ton/hour fluidized bed rapid freezing production line employs advanced fluidized bed rapid freezing technology, suitable for rapid freezing of small-sized foods such as granules and flakes, ensuring uniform and fast freezing with stable production capacity reaching 2 tons/hour. The two 2-ton/hour twin-screw rapid freezing machine production lines, with their unique twin-screw structural design, significantly enhance freezing space utilization, offering advantages such as high freezing efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable operation. These systems can meet the rapid freezing demands of various food forms, with a single production line achieving a capacity of 2 tons/hour. Operating two production lines in parallel further increases the enterprise's rapid freezing capacity, ensuring efficient advancement in the food processing phase.

The completion and operation of this project will comprehensively optimize the food processing industrial chain layout of large-scale integrated food companies, achieving a closed-loop operation covering the entire process from food quick-freezing processing to low-temperature storage and efficient shipping. Notably, the application of advanced technologies in the core refrigeration system not only ensures precise and stable temperatures across functional areas but also achieves energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental compliance.
