Project Overview: Covering 50,000 square meters, this facility specializes in large-scale, high-quality ice cream production. It provides comprehensive installation and construction services for refrigeration systems and processing equipment, with core operations spanning four key modules: freezing, quick-freezing, ice-making, and decorative thread processing. By precisely matching equipment performance with production workflows, the project achieves dual improvements in refrigeration efficiency and product quality, helping enterprises attain efficient, energy-saving, and stable production goals.

With the exception of the quick-freezing section, all other refrigeration systems employ a refrigerant-carrying system. This design utilizes a refrigerant as the intermediate medium to transfer cooling capacity, establishing a two-stage heat transfer model: "refrigerant-carrying agent-cooled object". Compared to direct refrigerant heat exchange systems, this approach demonstrates significant advantages in safety, compatibility, stability, and cost-effectiveness. It is particularly well-suited for large-scale, complex, long-distance, and multi-temperature zone cooling applications.

Installation of Core Equipment and Core Advantages

(1) 12 units of 1000L freezing machines with matching refrigeration equipment

As the core refrigeration equipment in ice cream production, the 12-unit 1000L freezing machines with integrated refrigeration systems utilize high-efficiency variable-frequency compressors and precision temperature control technology, delivering significant energy-saving advantages. The equipment dynamically adjusts operating power based on production load, reducing energy consumption by 15%-20% compared to traditional systems while rapidly achieving raw material freezing and shaping. During operation, intelligent defrosting technology minimizes frost layer interference with refrigeration efficiency, further reducing energy consumption.

In terms of quality, the inner tank of the freezer is manufactured using a single-piece 304 stainless steel molding process, eliminating hygiene dead zones and facilitating cleaning and disinfection. The conveyor belt is made of high-strength wear-resistant material, offering strong load-bearing capacity and long service life. Ice Cream Production Process

1. Raw material pretreatment: Mix milk, cream, sugar, and other ingredients according to the formula ratio, followed by homogenization and sterilization to ensure the stability and safety of the raw materials;

2. Cooling aging: The pretreated raw materials are fed into the cooling system, where they are rapidly cooled by the ice maker's cold source, then transferred to the aging tank for low-temperature aging to enhance the emulsification effect of the raw materials.

3. Freezing molding: The aged raw materials are fed into a 1000L freezing machine, where they undergo freezing under low-temperature and high-pressure conditions while being aerated to form a fine-textured ice cream structure.

4. Colorful processing: The frozen ice cream undergoes filling, shaping, and ingredient additions (e.g., chocolate, fruit pieces) using color line processing equipment to create a variety of colorful ice cream flavors.

5. Rapid Freezing and Refrigeration: The formed ice cream is rapidly frozen in a 2-ton/hour freezer to lock in flavor and texture, then transferred to a refrigerated storage unit for low-temperature preservation, completing the entire production process.
